Any student canceling will only be refunded for bus tickets unless they find a complete substitute. For example, Student A cancels but finds Student B to take spot. Student A receives 100% refund. If a student cancels North Trip (Vermont, NY, etc.) student must find member of same gender. PV reserves the right to cancel any student trip in the event they have been suspended and the refund policy is the same as above for suspended student. All refunds will be processed after the last trip with an expected mailing date on or around April 1st. Utah trips are non-refundable/non-transferrable within 45 days of trip.
